Zafire at the 2010 Service Mangement Expo in September

Zafire Limited will be exhibiting this year at the Service Management Expo at the Birmingham NEC on the 21st and 22nd of September. 

Please come and visit us on stand 390 and see the exciting new features that we have added to our Service and Repair Management integrated software suite SMART™:

• SMART is now browser independent and has a new modern look and feel that combines a contemporary design with cutting edge technology.
• SMART™ Mobile equips our clients’ mobile engineers with the tools that they need to work online or offline in the field, across any platforms, across any hardware, including iPads, PDAs, Toughbooks, notebooks, Android, and other smartphones.
• SMART™ Track enables our clients to efficiently monitor mobile assets in the field by tracking and monitoring positional and other data associated with mobile asset movement.  This includes fuel, engine statistics, driver, mileage, engine on/off, along with geofencing capabilities.
• SMART™ CRM provides CRM features for the service professional comprising scheduling events, multi line, multi currency quotes to sales, and a full contact management database.
