Zafire adds sales quotes and orders to SMART

The new functionality will allow our customers to manage their repair and service businesses and process their sales quotes and orders using one complete secure and accurate solution.

Quotes and orders are built and managed via an intuitive dashboard style screen, using a preconfigured pricing matrix, which helps to minimise the risk of human error.  Once an order has been placed, goods are picked and despatched using SMART’s existing proven despatch features.
