Initially Zafire used the IBM U2 platform with our SMART software suite for Service and Repair companies.  In comparison to other similar products, U2 provided Zafire with the tool kits to develop software and integrate with other systems in a fraction of the time.

Recently IBM sold U2 to Rocket, but Zafire continues its business partnership with IBM selling its hardware as part of its solution offerings to clients
