Business Development Manager - UK Service Management Sector
Zafire, a leading Oxfordshire-based software solutions development company, which provides solutions for the B2B market in the UK Service Management sector requires a business professional to help it expand its client base.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Increase territory sales
- Identify new market sectors and opportunities
- Identify the key decision makers in each account
- Promote company capabilities
- Be capable of promoting products and solutions on a technical level
- Provide reports of each customer visit
- Achieve sales targets and manage personal budgets
- Continually develop contract structure within the company CRM
- Communicate customer requirements to Zafire’s Customer and Product Support teams
In order to be considered for this important position you must possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven successful sales track record
- Considerable sales experience (preferably in the Service industry)
- Confidence, self motivation, and focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to develop strong business relationships
- Technical aptitude/qualification (full product training will be given)
- Flexibility regarding time and travel commitments
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Team player but also with the ability to work alone and use initiative when required
- Close attention to detail
